Pastena, a career management coach, stresses the importance of having a career that is fulfilling while avoiding the pitfalls of burn-out, constant  
stress, and stagnation.

Michael C. Pastena, CEC, CPA, is the founder of MCP Services, a corporate coaching, consulting, and tutoring organization. His coaching practice concentrates on executive and career-management issues. His coaching is unique in that he combines his executive, consulting, training, and coaching skills together with his extensive experience and background in the financial services industry. He cofounded Advisors’ Education Group, Inc., a company that provided training for the staff of investment advisory firms. Prior to co-founding AEG he was a principal and the chief financial and administrative officer of an institutional investment management firm. Pastena is a Certified Empowerment Coach and a Certified Public Accountant.
